Pineapple Coffee Cooler

The combination borrows from the trend of putting coffee in cold fruit drinks, and the salted cream cap is what makes it read as a designed drink rather than a blend. Salting the cream is a coffee technique: salt suppresses bitterness and pushes the sweetness of the pineapple forward. Whip the cream only to soft peaks, or it will weigh the glass down.

Ingredients

  • coffee30 ml
  • pineapple juice60 ml
  • ice cubes50 g
  • soda water30 ml
  • cream30 ml

Directions

  1. 1

  2. 2

  3. 3

Pour the cream over the mixture from the first step.

  4. 4

Sprinkle sea salt over the surface of the cream.
