Siopao (Filipino Steamed Pork Bun)

Siopao is the Filipino steamed bun that fills a whole meal, because the braised filling arrives with enough sauce to soak the bun if you let it. The dough is a sweet enriched type that steams soft against a filling of pork and pickled mustard greens. Eating one in the street with both hands is entirely normal.
