Tiramisu Classico (Italian Coffee-Soaked Ladyfingers)
Espresso-soaked savoiardi layered with mascarpone cream.
Tiramisù classico is the Veneto original, kept deliberately restrained with mascarpone, savoiardi and coffee. The word classico signals that there is no fruit, no cream liqueur and no chocolate shavings between the layers. It is finished with cocoa, served cool, and best after a night in the fridge.
