Loukoumades (Greek Honey Doughnut Puffs)

Loukoumades are street food rather than baking, and they are meant to be eaten immediately, still steaming. The dough is placed in hot oil rather than baked, which is why the outside is crisp and the middle soft. The honey is poured over while they are still hot enough to absorb it.
