Pudim de Leite Ninho (Brazilian Milk-Filled Chocolate)

The combination of cocoa biscuit and sweetened condensed milk is a café staple in Brazil, served warm so the filling softens just enough to run. Each biscuit is split, filled generously, and pressed back together, and the whole stack is reheated briefly. It is a small, unfussy sweetness that goes with coffee without needing an occasion.
